Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Buffalo Gap Bison (Swoope, VA) and the visiting Nelson County Governors (Lovingston, VA), saw Buffalo Gap's basketball squad hold off Nelson County by a tally of 41-40.

With the victory, Buffalo Gap improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Bison travel to Mountain View (Quicksburg, VA) to confront the Generals in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. The Generals come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Mountain View lost 65-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Stuarts Draft (Stuarts Draft, VA)
