December 6, 2022: Goddard, KS 67052 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Goddard Lions (Goddard, KS) and the visiting Buhler Crusaders (Buhler, KS), saw Goddard's basketball squad overcome Buhler by a tally of 49-39.
With the victory, Goddard improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Salina Central (Salina, KS) to confront the Mustangs in a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail II challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 0-2.
Next up, the Crusaders confront the Hutchinson Salthawks (Hutchinson, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 9. Buhler will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Salthawks come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 60-27 non-league win over Salina Central (Salina, KS).
