Missouri High School Basketball - West County holds off DeSoto
December 6, 2022: Leadwood, MO 63601 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the West County Bulldogs (Leadwood, MO) and the visiting DeSoto Dragons (DeSoto, MO), saw West County's basketball squad hold off DeSoto by a tally of 64-59.
With the victory, West County improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Grandview (Hillsboro, MO) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 12. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Grandview won 54-38 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Louis HomeSchool Patriots (St. Louis, MO)
Next up, the Dragons confront the St. Pius X Lancers (Festus, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 9. DeSoto will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Lancers come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 59-56 non-league loss to Affton (St. Louis, MO).
