Washington High School Basketball - Ellensburg nips Wenatchee
December 6, 2022: Wenatchee, WA 98801 Ellensburg Bulldogs (Ellensburg, WA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Wenatchee Panthers (Wenatchee, WA), 63-59 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Ellensburg upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Moses Lake (Moses Lake, WA) to play the Mavericks in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Mavericks come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Moses Lake won 68-64 in their recent non-league bout against Walla Walla (Walla Walla, WA)
Next up, the Panthers play the West Valley Rams (Yakima, WA) in a 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 bout, on Friday, December 9. Wenatchee will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Rams come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 55-49 non-league win over Selah (Selah, WA).
