In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Hirschi Huskies (Wichita Falls, TX) basketball squad edged the host Vernon Lions (Vernon, TX), by a count of 66-61.

The Huskies (2-5) will now prepare for their outing against Ferris (Ferris, TX). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league outing with a 8-5 record.
