The St. Patrick's Irish basketball team scored 41 points and held the visiting Kearney Catholic Stars to 26 in the Irish non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Irish now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maxwell for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 8. St. Patrick's will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 55-51 league win over Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood] (Eustis, NE). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-2.
