Michigan High School Basketball - Cousino crushes Avondale
December 6, 2022: Auburn Hills, MI 48326 Cousino Patriots (Warren, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Avondale Yellowjackets (Auburn Hills, MI), 65-26 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Cousino upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Patriots host Grosse Pointe North (Grosse Pointe, MI) to clash with the Norsemen in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 8. The Norsemen go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Grosse Pointe North won 45-27 in their recent non-league bout against Lakeview (St. Clair Shores, MI)
Next up, the Yellowjackets clash with the Cranbrook Kingswood Cranes (Bloomfield Hills, MI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 8. Avondale will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Cranes go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 60-16 league win over Cardinal Mooney Catholic (Marine City, MI).
