Michigan High School Basketball - West Catholic tops East Grand Rapids
December 6, 2022: Grand Rapids, MI 49504 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the West Catholic Falcons (Grand Rapids, MI) and the visiting East Grand Rapids Pioneers (Grand Rapids, MI), saw West Catholic's basketball squad knock off East Grand Rapids by a count of 49-41.
With the victory, West Catholic upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Muskegon (Muskegon, MI) to play the Big Reds in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Big Reds come into the challenge with a record of 2-0.
Next up, the Pioneers play the Hudsonville Eagles (Hudsonville, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 9. East Grand Rapids will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 59-41 non-league win over Dow (Midland, MI).
