With the victory, Montgomery Central improves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Timberwolves host Anson (Wadesboro, NC) to confront the Bearcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a record of 1-3.
Next up, the Tigers confront the Gray Stone Day Knights (Misenheimer, NC) in a 1A/2A Conference 35 challenge, on Friday, December 9. Mount Pleasant will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record.
