December 6, 2022: Garden Grove, CA 92844 El Modena Vanguards (Orange, CA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Bolsa Grande Matadors (Garden Grove, CA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Vanguards confront the Tustin Tillers (Tustin, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 8. El Modena will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record. The Tillers enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Ocean View (Huntington Beach, CA).
The Matadors now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Western for a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 8. Bolsa Grande will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 7-1 non-league loss to Katella (Anaheim, CA). The Pioneers record now stands at 0-2.
