December 6, 2022: San Jose, CA 95127 Mt. Pleasant Cardinals (San Jose, CA) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting San Mateo Bearcats (San Mateo, CA), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cardinals confront the Milpitas Trojans (Milpitas, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Santa Teresa (San Jose, CA).
The Bearcats now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Serra for a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. San Mateo will confront a Padres team coming off a 2-2 non-league Mills (Millbrae, CA). The Padres record now stands at 0-0.
