Ohio High School Basketball - Maysville knocked off by Philo
December 6, 2023: Zanesville, OH 43701 The Philo Electrics basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Maysville Panthers to 27 in the Electrics league triumph on Wednesday.
The Electrics now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host River View for a Muskingum Valley contest on Saturday, December 9. Philo will battle a Black Bears team coming off a 61-27 league loss to John Glenn (New Concord, OH). The Black Bears record now stands at 1-5.
The Panthers (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against John Glenn (New Concord, OH). The Little Muskies enter the Muskingum Valley contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, John Glenn ran past River View (Warsaw, OH), 61-27, in a league contest.
