California High School Basketball - Sage Hill overwhelms San Clemente
December 6, 2023: San Clemente, CA 92673 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Sage Hill Lightning (Newport Beach, CA) and the host San Clemente Tritons (San Clemente, CA), saw Sage Hill's basketball squad wallop San Clemente by a count of 73-46.
With the victory, Sage Hill upgrades its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Lightning travel to Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA) to play the Monarchs in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Monarchs come into the challenge with a record of 6-0. Mater Dei won 71-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Long Beach Poly (Long Beach, CA)
Next up, the Tritons play the Brea Olinda Wildcats (Brea, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 7. San Clemente will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 71-24 non-league loss to Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA).
