South Granville Vikings (Creedmoor, NC) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cummings Cavaliers (Burlington, NC), 55-31 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, South Granville upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Vikings host Goldsboro (Goldsboro, NC) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 1-2. Goldsboro lost 43-33 in their recent non-league bout against C.B. Aycock (Pikeville, NC)
