Michigan High School Basketball - Airport knocks off Monroe
December 6, 2024: Monroe, MI 48161 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Airport Jets basketball team scored a good 50-39 win over the Monroe Trojans.
The Jets (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Flat Rock (Flat Rock, MI). The Rams come into the Huron contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Flat Rock defeated Roosevelt (Wyandotte, MI), 54-42, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Trojans battle the Dexter Dreadnaughts (Dexter, MI) in a Southeastern - Red contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Monroe will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Dreadnaughts come into the contest with a 1-0 record after their 64-25 league win over Pinckney (Pinckney, MI).
