State College Little Lions (State College, PA) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Bishop Shanahan Eagles (Downingtown, PA), 58-49 in a non-league match.

With the victory, State College upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Little Lions host Dock Mennonite (Lansdale, PA) to face the Pioneers in a non-league match on Saturday, December 7. The Pioneers enter the match with a record of 1-0. Dock Mennonite won 54-43 in their recent league match against Church Farm (Paoli, PA)

The Eagles now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host East for a Ches-Mont - National match on Thursday, December 12.
