Game Story

North Carolina High School Basketball - Highland Tech victorious over Central Academy

December 6, 2024: Monroe, NC 28112

In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Highland Tech Rams basketball team scored a good 45-36 triumph over the Central Academy Cougars.

The Rams (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against North Gaston (Dallas, NC). The Wildcats go into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, North Gaston topped East Gaston (Mt. Holly, NC), 52-32, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Cougars confront the Union Academy Cardinals (Monroe, NC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Central Academy will attempt to better on its 1-7 season record. The Cardinals go into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 72-30 non-league win over Montgomery Central (Troy, NC).
