The Ralston Valley Mustangs (Arvada, CO) basketball edged the host Fossil Ridge SaberCats (Fort Collins, CO), 58-55 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Mullen for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 7. Ralston Valley will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 63-51 non-league win over Palmer (Colorado Springs, CO). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-1.

The SaberCats (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Vista PEAK Prep (Aurora, CO). The Bison enter the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Vista PEAK Prep got by Poudre (Fort Collins, CO), 53-39, in a non-league outing.
