The Glenbard West Hilltoppers (Glen Ellyn, IL) basketball edged the host Hinsdale Central Red Devils (Hinsdale, IL), 42-40 in Friday's league bout.

The Hilltoppers now possess a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Stevenson for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 7. Glenbard West will play a Patriots team coming off a 63-42 non-league win over York (Elmhurst, IL). The Patriots record now stands at 3-1.
