The Troy Trojans basketball squad (Troy, OH), was nudged 44-42 in Friday's league battle with the host Tippecanoe Red Devils (Tipp City, OH)

With the victory, Tippecanoe advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Red Devils travel to Xenia (Xenia, OH) to meet the Buccaneers in a Miami Valley - Valley battle on Tuesday, December 10. The Buccaneers enter the battle with a record of 0-2. Xenia lost 79-39 in their recent league battle against Sidney (Sidney, OH)
