December 6, 2024: Gibraltar, MI 48173 The Carlson Marauders basketball team scored 40 points and limited the visiting Churchill Chargers to 27 in the Marauders non-league triumph on Friday.
The Marauders now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Edsel Ford for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. Carlson will confront a Thunderbirds team coming off a 37-35 non-league loss to Trenton (Trenton, MI). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Churchill falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Chargers host Pinckney (Pinckney, MI) to confront the Pirates in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. The Pirates go into the game with a record of 0-0.
