North Carolina High School Basketball - Covenant Classical nips Cornerstone Christian Academy

December 6, 2024: Concord, NC 28027

In Friday's league contest, the host Covenant Classical Warriors basketball team scored a close 46-42 triumph over the Cornerstone Christian Academy Crusaders.

The Warriors (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Carolina Christian (Locust, NC). The Lions go into the Metro Area contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Carolina Christian was tipped by Mountain View Christian Academy (Cowpens, SC), 1-0, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Crusaders battle the Sheets Memorial Christian Eagles (Lexington, NC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 12. Cornerstone Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record.
