The Hoosic Valley Hawks basketball team scored 47 points and limited the host Lansingburgh Knights to 25 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Friday.
The Hawks now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Saratoga Central Catholic for a Section 2 Adirondack III game on Monday, December 9. Hoosic Valley will play a Saints team coming off a 62-50 non-league loss to Hartford Central (Hartford, NY). The Saints record now stands at 1-1.
