Wisconsin High School Basketball - New Glarus holds off River Valley
December 6, 2025: New Glarus, WI 53574 The New Glarus Glarner Knights basketball team scored 50 points and limited the visiting River Valley Blackhawks to 43 in the Glarner Knights non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Glarner Knights now have a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Waupun for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 9. New Glarus will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 71-56 non-league loss to Kohler (Kohler, WI). The Warriors record now stands at 0-4.
The Blackhawks (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against Boscobel (Boscobel, WI). The Bulldogs enter the non-league outing with a 3-3 record. In their last outing, Boscobel was nipped by Iowa-Grant (Livingston, WI), 61-52, in a league outing.
