The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Elk Grove Thundering Herd (Elk Grove, CA) and the host Woodcreek Timberwolves (Roseville, CA), observed Elk Grove's basketball team knock off Woodcreek by a score of 72-56.

The Thundering Herd (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Shasta (Redding, CA). The Wolves come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Shasta was knocked off by Enterprise (Redding, CA), 67-32, in a non-league challenge.
