New York High School Basketball - Amsterdam crushes Scotia-Glenville
December 7, 2021: Amsterdam, NY 12010 Amsterdam Rams (Amsterdam, NY) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Scotia-Glenville Tartans (Scotia, NY), 75-48 in a league bout.
With the victory, Amsterdam upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Rams host Queensbury (Queensbury, NY) to play the Spartans in a Section 2 Foothills bout on Friday, December 10. The Spartans come into the bout with a record of 1-1. Queensbury lost 57-50 in their recent league bout against Glens Falls (Glens Falls, NY)
Next up, the Tartans play the South Glens Falls Bulldogs (South Glens Falls, NY) in a Section 2 Foothills bout, on Friday, December 10. Scotia-Glenville will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 106-0 non-league win over Saratoga Central Catholic (Saratoga Springs, NY).
