North Carolina High School Basketball - South View tops Fairmont

December 7, 2021: Fairmont, NC 28340

South View Tigers (Hope Mills, NC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Fairmont Golden Tornadoes (Fairmont, NC), 71-58 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, South View upgrades its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Seventy-First (Fayetteville, NC) to play the Falcons in a 3A/4A Conference 22 bout on Friday, December 10. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 4-1. Seventy-First won 50-47 in their recent league bout against Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC)

Next up, the Golden Tornadoes play the Lake View Wild Gators (Lake View, SC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 15. Fairmont will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
