Oregon High School Basketball - Horizon Christian fells St. Stephen's Academy
December 7, 2021: Beaverton, OR Horizon Christian (Hood River, OR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host St. Stephen's Academy (Beaverton, OR), 49-37 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Horizon Christian upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The travel to Wallowa (Wallowa, OR) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Friday, December 10. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 0-3. Wallowa lost 45-18 in their recent non-league bout against Jordan Valley (Jordan Valley, OR)
Next up, the play the Country Christian Cougars (Molalla, OR) in a 1A Valley 10 bout, on Tuesday, December 14. St. Stephen's Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 47-26 non-league win over Gervais (Gervais, OR).
