Texas High School Basketball - Bob Hope nudges Good Samaritan HomeSchool
December 7, 2021: Port Arthur, TX 77642 Bob Hope Eagles (Port Arthur, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Good Samaritan HomeSchool Hornets (Fred, TX), 37-32 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Bob Hope upgrades its record to 5-7 on the season. The Eagles travel to Shepherd (Shepherd, TX) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 9. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Shepherd lost 39-27 in their recent league bout against Hamshire-Fannett (Hamshire, TX)
Next up, the Hornets clash with the Spurger Pirates (Spurger, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 10. Good Samaritan HomeSchool will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 7-3 record after their 38-25 non-league loss to West Hardin (Saratoga, TX).
