In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Cuero Gobblers basketball team scored a decisive 51-28 triumph over the Sinton Pirates.

In their next game, the Gobblers face the Sealy Tigers (Sealy, TX) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 14. Cuero will attempt to move on its 11-5 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 5-8 record after their 66-54 non-league loss to Gonzales (Gonzales, TX).

With the defeat, Sinton moves to 2-12 on the year. The Pirates travel to Fredericksburg (Fredericksburg, TX) to face the Billies in a non-league match on Thursday, December 9.
