Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Groves Falcons (Beverly Hills, MI) and the visiting University Prep Panthers (Detroit, MI), saw Groves's basketball squad knock off University Prep by a tally of 45-26.

With the victory, Groves improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Stevenson (Livonia, MI) to play the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 10. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Stevenson won 84-60 in their recent league challenge against Pinckney (Pinckney, MI)

Next up, the Panthers play the Denby Tars (Detroit, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 8. University Prep will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
