Washington High School Basketball - Kent-Meridian overwhelmed by Kentridge
December 7, 2021: Kent, WA 98030 The Kentridge Chargers basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the host Kent-Meridian Royals to 31 in the Chargers league victory on Tuesday.
The Chargers now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Auburn Mountainview for a 3A/4A North Puget Sound - Cascade contest on Friday, December 10. Kentridge will battle a Lions team coming off a 64-39 league loss to Tahoma (Maple Valley, WA). The Lions record now stands at 0-2.
The Royals (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Jefferson (Auburn, WA). The Raiders come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Jefferson was routed by Liberty (Issaquah, WA), 71-27, in a non-league contest.
