The Wood River Wolverines basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Buhl Indians to 47 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Wolverines now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burley for a 4A Great Basin contest on Thursday, December 15.

The Indians (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Fruitland (Fruitland, ID). The Grizzlies enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Fruitland ran past La Grande (La Grande, OR), 60-36, in a non-league contest.
