December 7, 2022: Mt. Joy, PA 17552 The Garden Spot Spartans basketball team (New Holland, PA), was nudged 62-61 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Donegal Indians (Mt. Joy, PA)
The Indians now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Solanco for a non-league battle on Friday, December 9. Donegal will battle a Golden Mules team coming off a 61-35 non-league win over Northern Lebanon (Fredericksburg, PA). The Golden Mules record now stands at 2-1.
The Spartans (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Dover (Dover, PA). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Dover was nudged by South Western (Hanover, PA), 40-38, in a non-league battle.
