Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the L'Anse Creuse Lancers (Harrison Township, MI) and the visiting St. Clair Saints (St. Clair, MI), saw L'Anse Creuse's basketball squad overcome St. Clair by a tally of 56-39.

With the victory, L'Anse Creuse improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI) to confront the Crusaders in a Macomb Area - Blue challenge on Saturday, December 10. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
