December 7, 2022: Salisbury, NC 28144 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Salisbury Hornets (Salisbury, NC) and the visiting Albemarle Bulldogs (Albemarle, NC), saw Salisbury's basketball squad wallop Albemarle by a tally of 60-34.
With the victory, Salisbury improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Thomasville (Thomasville, NC) to confront the Bulldogs in a 1A/2A Conference 33 challenge on Friday, December 9. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Thomasville lost 67-30 in their recent non-league challenge against Walkertown (Walkertown, NC)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Hopewell Titans (Huntersville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 9. Albemarle will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 47-43 non-league loss to Independence (Charlotte, NC).
