December 7, 2022: Virginia Beach, VA 23455 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Booker T. Washington Mighty Bookers (Norfolk, VA) and the host Bayside Marlins (Virginia Beach, VA), saw Booker T. Washington's basketball squad hold off Bayside by a tally of 39-36.
With the victory, Booker T. Washington improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Mighty Bookers travel to Lake Taylor (Norfolk, VA) to confront the Titans in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Marlins confront the Landstown Eagles (Virginia Beach, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 8. Bayside will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record.
