December 7, 2023: Smyer, TX 79367 Smyer Bobcats (Smyer, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Amherst Bulldogs (Amherst, TX), 51-22 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Smyer upgrades its record to 3-6 on the season. The Bobcats travel to Friona (Friona, TX) to play the Chieftans in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Chieftans go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Friona won 41-40 in their recent non-league bout against Southcrest Christian (Lubbock, TX)
