December 7, 2023: Boys Ranch, TX 79010 The Sanford-Fritch Eagles thwarted the host Boys Ranch Roughriders basketball team by a score of 63-48 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Eagles now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tulia for a non-league battle on Friday, December 8. Sanford-Fritch will battle a Hornets team coming off a 65-30 non-league win over Non Varsity Tournament Opponent (, ). The Hornets record now stands at 6-4.
The Roughriders (2-7) will now prepare for their battle against Hartley (Hartley, TX). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, Hartley dropped by Claude (Claude, TX), 45-43, in a non-league battle.
