Oklahoma High School Basketball - Wapanucka ripped by Caney
December 7, 2023: Wapanucka, OK 73461 The Caney Cougars basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Wapanucka Indians to 32 in the Cougars league triumph on Thursday.
The Cougars now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Moyers for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Caney will battle a Tigers team coming off a 69-55 non-league win over Coleman (Coleman, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 7-1.
The Indians (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Coleman (Coleman, OK). The Wildcats enter the Big 5 contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Coleman was routed by Moyers (Moyers, OK), 69-55, in a non-league contest.
