Central Falcons (Tuscaloosa, AL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Cornerstone Eagles (Birmingham, AL), 64-55 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Central upgrades its record to 7-5 on the season. The Falcons host Tuscaloosa County (Northport, AL) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 7-4. Tuscaloosa County won 41-35 in their recent non-league bout against Demopolis (Demopolis, AL)
