Texas High School Basketball - Red Oak can't hold off Frenship
December 7, 2023: Red Oak, TX 75154 The Frenship Tigers basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Red Oak Hawks to 57 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Tigers now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dunbar for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Frenship will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 65-56 non-league win over Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool (Fort Worth, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-3.
The Hawks (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX). The Gophers enter the non-league contest with a 6-6 record. In their last contest, Grand Prairie nudged Rockwall-Heath (Rockwall, TX), 70-62, in a non-league contest.
