December 7, 2023: Glenpool, OK 74033 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Marshall Bears (Oklahoma City, OK) and the host Glenpool Warriors (Glenpool, OK), saw Marshall's basketball squad hold off Glenpool by a tally of 61-54.
With the victory, Marshall improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Shawnee (Shawnee, OK) to play the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 9. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Shawnee lost 91-46 in their recent league challenge against El Reno (El Reno, OK)
Next up, the Warriors play the Harrah Panthers (Harrah, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 8. Glenpool will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 80-52 league loss to Mount St. Mary (Oklahoma City, OK).
