The Tri-Valley Vikings topped the host Fieldcrest Knights basketball team by a final score of 65-54 in Thursday's league game.

In their next game, the Vikings face the Maroa-Forsyth Trojans (Maroa, IL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, December 9. Tri-Valley will attempt to move on its 7-1 season record.

With the defeat, Fieldcrest moves to 5-3 on the year. The Knights travel to Heyworth (Heyworth, IL) to face the Hornets in a Heart Of Illinois game on Monday, December 11. The Hornets enter the game with a record of 3-7. Heyworth lost 41-40 in their recent league game against Ridgeview (Colfax, IL)
