Florida High School Basketball - Timber Creek tops Winter Park
December 7, 2023: Orlando, FL 32828 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Timber Creek Wolves (Orlando, FL) and the visiting Winter Park Wildcats (Winter Park, FL), saw Timber Creek's basketball squad knock off Winter Park by a count of 48-31.
With the victory, Timber Creek upgrades its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Wolves host Heritage (Palm Bay, FL) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Heritage lost 52-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Vero Beach (Vero Beach, FL)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Montverde Academy Eagles (Montverde, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 9. Winter Park will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 71-46 non-league loss to Lake Brantley (Altamonte Springs, FL).
