December 7, 2023: Alameda, CA 94501 Berkeley Yellowjackets (Berkeley, CA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Alameda Hornets (Alameda, CA), 2-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Yellowjackets confront the San Ramon Valley Wolves (Danville, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 9. Berkeley will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Wolves enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Las Lomas (Walnut Creek, CA).
The Hornets now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Castro Valley for a challenge on Friday, December 15. Alameda will confront a Trojans team coming off a 9-0 league win over Tennyson (Hayward, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 2-0.
