December 7, 2024: St. Louis Park, MN 55416 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Benilde-St. Margaret's Red Knights (St. Louis Park, MN) and the visiting Shakopee Sabers (Shakopee, MN), observed Benilde-St. Margaret's's basketball team overwhelm Shakopee by a margin of 85-59.
The Red Knights (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Breck (Minneapolis, MN). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Breck was trounced by Sauk Rapids-Rice (Sauk Rapids, MN), 97-93, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Sabers battle the Minnetonka Skippers (Minnetonka, MN) in a AAAA Section 2 challenge, on Wednesday, December 11. Shakopee will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Skippers come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 73-64 non-league win over East Ridge (Woodbury, MN).
