Washington High School Basketball - Cascade Christian sneaks past Fife
December 7, 2024: Puyallup, WA 98372 The Cascade Christian Cougars (Puyallup, WA) basketball edged the visiting Fife Trojans (Fife, WA), 71-67 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Seattle Christian for a 1A Nisqually bout on Tuesday, December 10. Cascade Christian will play a Warriors team coming off a 78-24 league win over Klahowya (Silverdale, WA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Fife falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Franklin Pierce (Tacoma, WA) to play the Cardinals in a 2A South Puget Sound bout on Monday, December 9. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Franklin Pierce lost 63-57 in their recent non-league bout against Kentridge (Kent, WA)
