The Southwest DeKalb Panthers (Decatur, GA) basketball toppled the host Central Red Devils (Phenix City, AL), 75-62 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Panthers now possess a 8-0 record. They play next when they host Marist for a AAAA Region 5 bout on Tuesday, December 10. Southwest DeKalb will play a War Eagles team coming off a 80-57 league win over Northview (Johns Creek, GA). The War Eagles record now stands at 5-2.

With the loss, Central falls to 10-2 on the campaign. The Red devils travel to Pinson Valley (Pinson, AL) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Friday, December 13. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 8-2.
