The Cumberland Valley Eagles basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Governor Mifflin Mustangs to 51 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Eagles now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Carlisle for a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth game on Tuesday, December 10. Cumberland Valley will confront a Thundering Herd team coming off a 57-50 non-league win over Williamsport (Williamsport, PA). The Thundering Herd record now stands at 1-0.
